The beer is brewed in cool conditions using a slow-acting brewer’s yeast, known as bottom-fermenting yeast, and then stored for a period in cool conditions)

The beer is a well-proportioned bottom-fermented lager beer with a flavor of hops, grains, and water. The aroma is that of sweet malt, grainy smell so familiar to lager drinkers. The taste is sweet and light, grain and mildly metallic with a little carbonation bite. The mouth feel is light bodied, oily with moderate carbonation. The aroma is of light cereal grains and syrup with a faint clean mouth feel to it.
